We know safety is on everyone’s mind these days and we want to put yours at ease so that you can feel comfortable riding in one of our vehicles.
Our priority has always been the safety of our customers and our team and that’s why we’ve taken additional steps to ensure we’re doing our part so that when you GO with State Shuttle, you GO safely. Here are some of the measures we’ve implemented to protect you and our drivers:
- We are providing a thorough cleaning of each vehicle’s interior after each ride with disinfectant wipes and/or disinfectant spray, paying close attention to the door handles and surfaces that are frequently touched.
- We require our drivers wear a mask for everyone’s protection.
- We will not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances and we also have instructed all employees to seek immediate medical attention if they feel unwell.
- We’re limiting the number of passengers per vehicle to ensure social distancing is maintained not only with our riders, but also with our drivers and guides
We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our vehicles, but now, we are expanding our process even further to ensure your safety and health.
You can help by riding responsibly. Please let us follow the safety measures above and do not travel if unwell. If we all do our part, we’ll get through this together. We will continue to monitor updates to government guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will adjust the above measures as needed.
